We adhere to a strict cold chain policy, whether locally grown or shipped from California. Your products are kept refrigerated from the farm to you.
During Florida growing season, we purchase product from Florida farmers. Lettuce products are purchased thru out the year from western states to assure the highest quality.
A minimum delivery amount is not required and we do not have fuel charges. Let common sense be your guide; you may only need a delivery 3 or 4 days a week to maintain a reasonable size order.
For example, tomatoes may be purchased by the case (25lbs), half case or by the pound. Iceberg lettuce is packed 24 heads to the case, may be purchased by the case, half case or by the head. This means a manageable inventory for you, fresh product for your customer, waste is reduced and lower food cost is the result!
Orders called in by 10:30 pm are delivered the next day. If you forget to place your order or run short on product, call by 10:00 am and we will insure delivery the same day for a minimal charge of $10.
